How the Investment Works

Review the offering. We share the full package for the project — site, plans, construction budget, projected returns, and timeline — so you can evaluate the numbers before committing anything.

Commit your capital. Qualified investors fund alongside a vetted builder through a simple LLC structure, with your ownership share and terms defined up front in writing.

Build, then sell or hold. For a new-construction project, we manage the build and sell on completion. For an income play, we renovate and hold for rental cash flow. Either way, you receive your proportional share at the agreed exit.
